Some of us can have the tendency to put a limit on what God can do.
We pray but we doubt just a little. In the back of our minds trying to figure out how he can do it, but not fully trusting that he can. Sometimes we don’t even open up our mouths and pray to him about certain things because we already have a defeated attitude. Why go to God in defeat when he is victorious? We must understand that when it comes to him the sky is the limit.
God can do all things. We put unnecessary limitations on him all because of our thinking. Isaiah 55:8-9 KJV says “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.” You ever heard the saying your arms are too short to box with God? Our small human minds can’t even begin to think on the same level as God. He can take us to levels higher than we could ever imagine. It’s up to us to trust and believe that.
